What we do
Child’s Pose (Balasana): A restorative pose that helps relieve stress and anxiety, offering a sense of safety and relaxation.

Ujjayi breath (Victorious Breath): Inhaling and exhaling slowly through the nose, making a soft ocean-like sound. It helps calm the mind and is great for releasing tension.
